By far my favorite dark roast coffee on the planet.
Dark roast does not mean roasting the beans within an inch of their lives. Oily beans means burnt beans. It takes finesse to get a dark roast that retains the chocolate in the bean without burning the sugars. Oily beans cause consumer grinders to clog badly. Not your best effort unfortunately. Please consider visiting a commercial coffee roasting facility and learning how to roast beans properly.
